Inter, new name for after Dumfries
New name to replace Dutch outfielder
Denzel Dumfries has been in demand on the market for quite some time now: in fact, the Dutch outside forward is liked by some top clubs in the Premier League but also in the Bundesliga. The first to come forward was certainly Chelsea who, already during the summer, had made inquiries for the Nerazzurri number 2. Further back, Manchester United and Bayern Munich also remain at the window.
Meneghina club executives Piero Ausilio and Dario Baccin are on a trip to Qatar precisely to find a replacement who can adequately make up for the former PSV man’s departure, and in the last few days new leads have emerged that could heat up.
The latest profile examined is that of Tajon Buchanan: the Canadian class of 1999 has performed well at the World Cup, despite the zero points collected by his national team during the group stage. The Club Brugge outfielder remains a real possibility, not least because of his ductility; in fact, he is capable of occupying both the role of offensive outside and fifth in the 3-5-2.
Not to be underestimated, however, are two other leads, should the Buchanan operation become too complicated: the names are those of Ecuadorian Preciado and Tunisian Drager.
