PSG returns to the pitch and does so by winning against Strasbourg (2-1). Match decided by a goal by Mbappé in full recovery and on a penalty kick. A night to forget for Neymar who, in his first game after the bitter elimination from the World Cup with his Brazil team, lost his head.
In the space of just two minutes, PSG’s Brazilian star was cautioned twice and, as a result, was ejected from the field. The first yellow, in the 60th minute, for slapping Thomasson. Two minutes later, Neymar let himself fall in the penalty area: simulation and the second yellow came. The Brazilian walked off the field with his head down. Not quite the return to the field he dreamed of.
