Pisa, new temptation for the door
Temptation in goal for the Tuscan club
Pisa is looking for a new goalkeeper and it is likely to be the first shot that the Tuscan club will try to close during the winter soccer market window. The Nerazzurri occupy the fifth position in the cadetteria standings, with 29 points collected in 19 matches.
One profile that could be of interest to the Pisan club is that of Ascoli’s 1993-born goalkeeper Nicola Leali, who has taken the field on only six occasions this season due to a fractured ulna suffered in the September match against Cittadella.
The former Juventus and Perugia among others, whose contract with the Bianconeri expires in June 2023, after playing the first four days of the season was absent until the 18th round, where he returned in the win over Cosenza. Also confirmed as a starter in Ascoli’s loss to Reggina, played on Dec. 26.
