Yamaha centaur Fabio Quartararo in an interview with Le Monde talked about his role models in sports: “Lewis Hamilton in Formula 1, along with Valentino Rossi in motorcycling and Cristiano Ronaldo in soccer, is the athlete who inspires me the most.”
“In soccer I also like Neymar and Sergio Ramos, whom I met before he went to Psg. I have a good relationship with Mbappé, we have a lot in common, the same age, we are demanding, we always try to do well. Like me, he is a fan of American basketball.”
Quartararo hopes for a different 2023: “In 2022 it was immediately clear that I could not compete on equal terms with the fastest Ducatis in the straights.”
