Fernando Alonso did not choose Aston Martin at random but with a clear dream in mind. “Of course I would like to already have in my hands a car that can fight for the title but there is no room for me there. Considering what was on the market, Aston Martin is one of the teams that can achieve this within two or three years.”
“I don’t have eternity ahead of me,” admitted the 41-year-old Spaniard interviewed by German website Auto Motor und Sport, “. If in the end we really are world champions I will be satisfied because I will be able to say that I contributed to the construction of this title. I am happy to embark on a new project and to bring it to success as soon as possible.”
