Two-month stop on travel for Napoli and Roma fans, ministry confirms
Transfers denied until March for blue and yellow supporters
The Ministry of the Interior, through the voice of the head of the department himself, Matteo Piantedosi, has confirmed that for two months from January 14, the sectors reserved for guests at matches that will see Napoli and Roma play away matches will be closed.
The ministry, as confirmed by Piantedosi on Saturday, has “ordered the closure, for two months from today, of the guest sectors of the stadiums where the clubs Ssc Napoli and As Roma play away matches. For two months, the sale of tickets for access to the same sports facilities and for the same matches has also been banned against persons residing in the provinces of Naples and Rome.”
The decision came a week after clashes at an autogrill on the A1 highway, which involved some fans of the two clubs.
