Giro 2023, 22 teams to start

With the announcement of the four wild cards that will join the eighteen teams in the UCI WorldTeams circuit, the organizers of the Giro d’Italia 2022 have confirmed that there will be 22 teams at the start of the Corsa Rosa, which will start on May 6 with an 18.4-kilometer time trial from Fossacesia Marina to Ortona.

Below is the full list of teams that will take part, with eight riders each, in the most important stage cycling race run on Italian soil:
