Likely lineups

At 9 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 19, the final round of 16 of the Coppa Italia is scheduled at the Allianz Stadium, which will see the hosts Juventus opposing Gaetano Palladino’s Monza, who, precisely against the Bianconeri, found their first historic victory in Serie A.

Massimiliano Allegri seems intent on opting for a small turnover, leaving room for some youngsters. Among the Juventus ranks untouchable Adrien Rabiot who, with Paredes and Fagioli, will form the midfield line, completed by Kostic and Soulè on the flanks.

Monza, without the injured Caprari, will rely on the starters with the exception of the attack, where it could be Colpani and Gytkjaer’s turn, and goalkeeper Di Gregorio: in fact, Cragno, in his third Coppa Italia appearance after those in the 32nd finals against Frosinone and the 16th against Udinese, should play between the posts.

Probable formations

JUVENTUS (3-5-1-1): Perin; Gatti, Bremer, Danilo; Soulè, Fagioli, Paredes, Rabiot, Kostic; Miretti; Kean. Coach: Allegri

MONZA (3-4-2-1): Cragno; Marlon, Pablo Marì, Izzo; Ciurria, Pessina, Rovella, Carlos Augusto; Colpani, Machin; Gytkjaer. Coach: Palladino
