A comeback draw, which satisfies the guests more.

Salernitana returns to move up the standings after two consecutive knockouts and draws at home with Frosinone, which, on the other hand, is undefeated for four rounds and continues to breathe air of high rankings. The 1-1 draw at the Arechi, however, satisfies the guests more, although they came back in the second half after a first half in which they could have even secured the match.

Salernitana started the match with great flair, but attempts by Kastanos and Candreva were unsuccessful. Then è Cabral to scare Turati right away, hitting the crossbar from distance even before the 10' minute mark. Frosinone seemed to suffer the hosts’ initiatives, but on the first real attempt they took the lead: it happened on 12', when Romagnoli took advantage of a corner by Marchizza and netted the ball into the net. The Granata appeared stunned, so much so that only an offside denied Caso the double and Cheddira severely engaged Ochoa. Only 10 minutes from halftime did Candreva try to shake his side, but Turati c'è.

The resumption begins again with Frosinone on the shields, but Mazzitelli and Soulé miss their chances to double. Then, at 52' came Salernitana’s equalizer, with Cabral skillful in controlling the ball kicked from the crossbar by Candreva and then unloading his right-footed shot behind Turati. The Granata seemed to change faces, with Candreva himself coming close to doubling the score and Turati overcoming Maggiore. After a further intervention by the visiting goalkeeper on Ikwuemesi there were no more chances of the highest level and the challenge of the Arechi ends on a draw.
