Red Bull’s team principal wants a Gp in New York.

Red Bull’s new livery was unveiled in New York on Friday. Austrian team principal Christian Horner used the occasion to promote a Grand Prix in the Big Apple.

“It would be great to organize a race in New York. Racing in big cities in the United States is really exciting. A race here would be spectacular. There was a plan more than 10 years ago, but never say never. We also have other races in North America, with Montreal, so why not? It’s great that there is so much interest in Formula 1 in the United States,” said the British manager.

“We’re lucky enough to race in some fantastic venues, whether it’s the Miami street circuit or the Austin street circuit. Las Vegas will also be an absolutely crazy event this year. Our sport is growing exponentially all over the world but especially in the US. It’s a radical change from before,” Horner continued, extolling the expansion of F1 in the States.
