There’s Sassari Dynamo, Magro knows what awaits him
Magro talks about Sassari
Alessandro Magro, the coach of Germani Brescia, is aware of the strength of Dinamo Sassari. “We will be facing the most in-form team in the league,” says the Tuscan coach. “It has won 4 of the last 5 games, in the victories it has won it has scored more than 100 points on average, shooting 62% from two-point range and 50% from three, and scoring at least 15 threes. Now the Dynamo is the best performing team in the entire league and has become so despite the absence of Robinson, which has pushed all the other players on the roster to contribute more. It will be a challenging game, we will have to be able to showcase our best defensive version, remembering that we had difficulties when we faced teams like Ulm and Varese that make three-point shooting their strong point.”
“We play a very delicate, very important game,” Magro adds. “Sassari represented a watershed for us: when we faced them on the road, we played a solid game and won two precious points. We probably left a bitter taste in their mouths and I’m sure they will come to Brescia with a great desire for revenge. The game on January 2 was our last victory in the league: if at that time we faced a team that was going through a difficult moment, now the moment of difficulty is all ours, since we come from five consecutive defeats and we have an absolute need to try to move the standings.”
