Max Verstappen, interviewed by CNN, spoke about his future: “I have already achieved what I wanted to achieve in Formula 1. This will obviously make the decision about my future easier. I have a contract until 2028 that will expire when I turn 31 and I will still be quite young, but I don’t deny that I plan to do different things in my life.”
“Team principal? No, absolutely. I also enjoy other types of motor sports, such as endurance racing. F1 has occupied most of my life for so long. We have to travel a lot, and in the future there will be more and more GPs. At that point we will have to ask ourselves whether or not the quest for more victories is worth spending so much time away from family and friends.”
