F1, Marko immediately stung on Ferrari
The World Cup hasn’t started yet but the psychological games begin
Sparks immediately flew on the first day of Formula 1 practice in Bahrain. Red Bull executive Helmut Marko to De Telegraaf pointed to the porpoising problems highlighted by Ferrari: “Ferrari and Mercedes are our rivals and in 2023 they will be closer to us than in the past. Both still have problems, but with their experience I expect them to solve them. I’m surprised that Ferrari’s car still bounces around so much, I must say we didn’t expect that. Mercedes also seems unstable.”
The balance of the first day is very positive for Marko: “Everything worked well for us right away. So far we are very satisfied. I think we are in a better position at the moment than we were last year at about the same time.”
