Spezia and Nzola stop Udinese: 2-2 at Dacia Arena
2-2 between Udinese and Spezia
Sunday’s 6 p.m. match ends in a draw between Udinese and Spezia. The guests immediately took the lead with a goal by Nzola but were brought back by the Friulians through Beto and Pereyra, before the Aquilotti striker himself signed the final 2-2.
In the first half, the guests found the lead at the first opportunity: Nzola stormed into the open field, sat Silvestri down and deposited into the net. A few minutes later Bourabia came close to doubling the lead, sending high over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, however, the Friulans’ equalizer arrives: Success verticalizes for Beto, who beats Dragowski and puts the ball into the back of the net. In the 34th minute Pereyra came close to overtaking, sending wide from close range.
In the second half, the hosts completed the comeback with Pereyra, who on Lovric’s offload let off a shot that slipped under the crossbar. Spezia, however, did not mind and reacted immediately: first Gyasi and then Agudelo engaged Silvestri, and in the 72nd minute again the Angolan bomber, served by Agudelo, beat Silvestri, signing the final 2-2. In the final Dragowski performs a double miracle first on Samardzic and then on Beto.
Udinese climbs to 31, while the Ligurians take an important point, moving to 20 points, momentarily +3 on Verona.
