Superbike, Alvaro Bautista also dominates at Mandalika
Second stage of the World Championship still dominated by Bautista
After winning all three races in Phillip Island, Bautista also does well in the second round of the SBK World Championship in Mandalika, home of the Indonesian GP. The reigning World Champion, after winning race 1, falls (surprisingly), during Superpole (won by Razgatlioglu).
The Spanish Ducati star is not affected by the mistake and, in race 2, manages to take home the win after a true gladiator performance that earned him his fifth win of the season (out of six races overall). Of note, in Mandalika, were Petrucci’s results: fifth in race 1 and sixth in race 2.
These the standings of race 2 at Mandalika.
