Austin Daye is a Pesaro player

Carpegna Prosciutto Basket Pesaro reports that it has signed an agreement with U.S. player Austin Daye.

Pesaro in a statement announced the arrival of Austin Daye: “For the forward born in Irvine on June 5, 1988, this is the second experience in Pesaro’s jersey after the one lived in 2015/2016 and ended with the achievement of salvation in the maximum championship.

“Daye’s professional career began in 2009 with the Detroit Pistons jersey, with whom he stayed until 2013 before moving on to Khimki, Memphis Grizzlies, Toronto Raptors and San Antonio Spurs. After stints with Erie BayHawks and Atlanta Hawks, he landed in Pesaro and then moved to Galatasaray in Turkey.”

“In 2017/2018 he is in Israel with Hapoel Jerusalem while from 2018 to 2022 he returns to Italy to defend the colors of Reyer Venezia: with the Venetian team he wins the FIBA Europe Cup, a Scudetto and a Coppa Italia. He arrives in Pesaro fresh from his experience with the New Taipei Kings’ singlet.”
