ATP ranking, Italians: Sinner returns to number 11. Berrettini and Musetti stable
Thanks to the Indian Wells semifinals, Jannik Sinner further confirms himself as the best of the Italians by gaining two positions and returning No. 11 in the world. In addition, the top 10 is now only 50 points away. Musetti and Berrettini remain stable at #21 and #23 in the rankings, respectively. The other Italians in the top 100 are Lorenzo Sonego (59), Fabio Fognini (91) and Marco Cecchinato (94).
Ahead of everyone, globally, Carlos Alcaraz returns to world No. 1 with Novak Djokovic and Stefanos Tsitsipas completing the podium. Collapsing, however, is Rafel Nadal, who slips to 13th place behind even the South Tyrolean tennis player, dropping out of the top 10 after 912 weeks.
