Dimitris Itoudis, head coach of Fenerbahce Beko, compliments Olimpia Milano, which ran away to Istanbul in the Euroleague, but does not spare his players any criticism.
“It was a game we absolutely had to win but we didn’t do it,” the Greek explained in the press room. “In the first half we conceded a lot to our opponents, then we reduced the margin of disadvantage but we couldn’t stop Napier and we shot quite badly. The Red and White were better than us and it is fair to congratulate them. Now head to Zalgiris, whom we must defeat.”
