Bad news for Inter.
Hakan Calhanoglu, who took the field as a starter in the match against Croatia valid for the Euro 2024 qualifiers, left after about half an hour of play with a muscle problem in his right thigh. Fenerbahce midfielder Ismail Yuksek entered in his place.
The Nerazzurri midfielder’s match lasted until the 35th minute, when he slumped to the ground at the edge of the box and touched his left leg, except to limp off the field.
