Scotland-Spain, the probable formations
Scotland and Spain will face each other on Tuesday evening on the second day of qualifying for the upcoming European Championships. Kickoff at 8:45 p.m. at Hampden Park. Both teams, after their debut success against Cyprus and Norway respectively, are looking for the three points to move to the lone summit in Group A.
Clarke should rely on Adams in attack with Armstrong and McGinn at the back. Protecting Gunn is space for the trio of Porteous, Hanley and Tierney. In the visitors’ ranks, however, the offensive terminal will be Morata with Gavi, Dani Olmo and Iago Aspas acting as trequartists. In the median will be Merino and one of Rodri and Pedri.
Likely lineups.
