Farewell to Paco Naval Perez
A new terrible tragedy has struck Spanish soccer. Paco Naval Perez, a soccer player on the strength of Chipiona, a team participating in the Segunda Andaluza Sénior championship, was killed with a stab wound to his chest. The boy, 24, was the victim of the heinous act of a 20-year-old, according to reports in the Iberian press, which also speaks of an arrest that has already taken place.
“We have no words, it sounds like a nightmare, but unfortunately it is reality. And Paco had a life ahead of him,” the Chipiona wrote on its social media. Naval Perez, who was married and had a baby girl, died at the Puerta del Mar Hospital in Cádiz: he had been transported there in light of the very serious condition he was in.
