Gravillon and the first two months at Torino: heartfelt message
Gravillon blunt: “Delighted to return to Serie A and come to Torino”
During an interview with “Torino Channel” microphones, Andreaw Gravillon spoke among other things about the Granata fans, dedicating a message to them, and about his first two months since returning to Serie A. “It’s a team that lives a lot of soccer. I noticed it before the derby with Juventus and from the open-door training sessions at the Filadelfia. I didn’t expect all those people. The grandstand was full and the fans were chanting. It’s great to have such a warm fan base that always follows you and supports you, regardless of the result,” the French defender began.
Gravillon is at Toro on loan from Stade Reims. “Ligue 1 is very difficult,” he said. “There are always several players of great quality in the lower league teams. It is a league that relies a lot on individuality, on physical, technical and quick players. Very interesting footballers can emerge from there.”
“When my agent told me that Torino was interested in me I took the first flight. I was delighted to be able to return to Serie A and to wear such a prestigious jersey. During my stay in France I did not follow the Italian league much, but I knew the strength and history of Toro, so it was very easy for me to say yes,” Gravillon concluded about his landing at the Granata club.
