Trieste, full infirmary

On Tuesday Giovanni Vildera, Michele Ruzzier, Frank Bartley and Skylar Spencer will undergo medical examinations. The collision between Vildera and Ruzzier during the match against Trento has caused both of them to seek medical treatment: Giovanni Vildera will have to be examined by the surgeon following the suture made to his lip, and he will have to undergo a dental session to restore the functionality of the upper dental arch compromised by the impact. Michele Ruzzier will also be seen by the surgeon to check the status of the head suture that was necessary to heal a deep cut.

Also in the infirmary is Bartley, who is scheduled for an MRI on Tuesday to check the extent of a sprained knee injury.

Also Tuesday, follow-up MRI for Spencer in connection with plantar fasciitis plus ankle effusion, and the resulting pain – slowly improving – experienced by the player in recent weeks.

The Trieste Basketball medical bulletin concludes with an update on Jalen Hudson’s condition: from the MRI performed in recent days after the reabsorption of edema, two minor impact fractures along the tibial plateau emerge: the prognosis is one month of stop.
