No return to the Spanish league for Sergio Scariolo, despite incoming sirens from the Iberian peninsula insistently accosting him to Real Madrid.
According to rumors reported by the Corriere di Bologna, Scariolo is close to an agreement with Virtus Bologna to renew his contract that expires in 2024: the idea would be to extend it for another two years.
There would already have been an initial meeting between CEO Luca Baraldi, President Massimo Zanetti and the coach to talk about plans for next season and the market.
