Gianfranco Palazzoli died
Gianfranco Palazzoli has died. He was born in 1934 and had begun his career as a motorcyclist and then switched to racing cars, even participating in top-level competitions such as the 1000 km of Monza.
In Formula 1, he probably did his best. He did so first by collaborating with numerous teams, such as Osella, Merzario, Tyrrell, William, Toleman and Fondmental F1, and then by working for RAI, making a name for himself as an expert on regulations alongside a true sacred monster such as Mario Poltronieri and to Ezio Zermiani: a trio of genuine professionals and information superstars.
