Through the note, Varese Basketball wanted to comment on this afternoon’s measure.
“Pallacanestro Varese learns with bewilderment and amazement the measure taken today by the Federal Court and that refers to events that happened years ago – reads the note issued by the white-and-black club -. Believing that we have not violated any federal rule, we await the reasons to understand the causes of an unexpected decision.
We announce, therefore, that we will make an immediate complaint to the Federal Court of Appeal so that our legitimate defenses will be upheld.”
