Franco Morbidelli wants to confirm in Austin what good things he showed in Argentina, with fourth places in the Sprint Race and the Termas de Rio Hondo race.

The Italian also appeared confident for the U.S. weekend, and he does not seem to be worried by the possibility granted by Yamaha to Toprak Razgatlioglu to carry out two days of testing in Jerez with the M1: “Yamaha warned me that they would grant a two-day test to Toprak, it is a house that has always been very fair to the riders. The top five Superbike riders deserve a chance in MotoGP, and Toprak is delivering excellent performances. I know there is pressure on me and not only from Razgatlioglu, but I don’t mind.”
