MotoGp, Alex Rins objective about his own rainbow ambitions
MotoGp, Alex Rins wants a more competitive bike
A few days before the Jerez GP, Austin race winner Alex Rins spoke to the microphones of “motogp.com” about his own rainbow ambitions and Honda’s competitiveness. “This result gives us a lot of strength, not only to me, but to everyone in Honda. We have shown that we can do it. We knew it was going to be a difficult season, because after six years in Suzuki the change was big. It’s a different bike and I have to try to improve the way we handle the power, the electronics…” said the Spanish rider.
Afterwards, the LCR team centaur wanted to focus on the weak points of his Honda RC-V, aerodynamics and corner grip above all, and stressed how greater cooperation with the Factory team could lead to greater competitiveness soon.
In light of these aspects to be improved, Alex Rins was very objective by pointing out how the current level of the bike does not allow him to be able to compete for the title.
