Andrea Vavassori, at the microphones of ‘Sky Sport’, commented without hiding his excitement on Thursday’s success against Andy Murray at the Madrid Masters 1000, one of the most prestigious victories of the 27-year-old Turin native’s career.

“It’s a dream come true,” began Vavassori, still in disbelief, “to play in a tournament like this with a champion like Murray, who has always been a hero for me, and beat him.
