Sprint Shootout Gp Baku: Charles Leclerc grants encore. Mercedes do well
Ferrari success also in the Sprint Shootout of the Baku Gp. Charles Leclerc, with a time of 1:41.697 won pole at the wheel of his Ferrari SF-75 ahead of Sergio Perez and Max Verstappen, both in Red Bull. Fourth place for George Russell (Mercedes), who redeemed himself after being eliminated in Q2 yesterday.
Only fifth place for the other Ferrarista Carlos Sainz, who is forced to abort the second lap because of the yellow flag caused by the Monegasque driver himself, who ran into the wall on the Q3 finale. Completing the third row is Lewis Hamilton, in the No. 44 Mercedes. Next are Alexander Albon (Williams), Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin), Lance Stroll (Aston Martin) and Lando Norris (McLaren) in the top 10.
