Juve doesn’t get back on its feet: only a draw with Bologna
Bologna-Juventus 1-1
The 32nd day of Serie A ended with a draw between Bologna and Juventus at the Dall’Ara: Orsolini’s opening goal was answered by Milik in the second half, after the same Polish center forward had missed a penalty kick in the first half.
The hosts immediately went ahead with Orsolini, who converted from the eleven meters after the Var awarded a penalty for Danilo’s foul on the same Azzurri striker. The Bianconeri had a chance to equalize but Skorupski overcame Fagioli in the 27th minute and was still decisive a few minutes later when he hypnotized Milik from the penalty spot.
In the second half, Allegri threw Iling and Soulè into the fray and the move paid off: right on an initiative in the box by the young Englishman, Milik pounced on the ball and pierced Skorupski, signing the 1-1. The hosts, however, were not happy and came back to make themselves dangerous, but Szczesny and a mistake by Aebischer kept the Bianconeri alive. In the 85th, Soulè gobbled up the lead and in the final Szczesny was again decisive on the newly entered Cambiaso.
A point apiece then for Juventus and Bologna: the Bianconeri thus remain in third place in the standings, at 60, while the Felsinei rise to 45 points, in eighth place.
