MotoGp, Aleix Espargaró is outspoken about his future
MotoGp, Aleix Espargaró sincere about retirement hypothesis
A few days before the fifth round of the MotoGP season in Le Mans, Aprilia rider Aleix Espargaró spoke bluntly to the microphones of “The Race” about the continuation of his career and his possible retirement anytime soon.
“I don’t think I have the strength to continue racing for many more years. From a certain point of view I also feel lucky, because at the end of this year and the beginning of next year everyone will start worrying about their future, instead I have quite clear ideas,” the Spanish centaur began.
“If next year I am immediately fighting for the title and Aprilia wants to offer me a contract, I will accept it. If not, I would have no problem going home. My feeling is that 2024 will be my last season. A lot will depend on the feeling I have with the bike. No matter what, I will make this decision together with my family,” Aleix Espargaró added.
