Murals dedicated to winter Olympic sports will be created in Milan’s Corba district, Lorenteggio area, southwest of the Lombard metropolis, in the run-up to the Milan-Cortina 2026 Games.
Six have already been completed and next May 19, a Friday, one dedicated to Federica Brignone will be unveiled, who of course will be present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony, at 10 a.m. on Via Oleandri corner Cascina Corba.
The work measures 10 meters x 12 meters and was created by Milanese street artist Stefania Marchetto, with the support of Rossignol, the ski brand of the Italian champion who is to all intents and purposes from Valle d’Aosta, from La Salle, but was born in Milan on July 14, 1990.
