Roma, injury ruled out for Zeki Celik
With just a few days to go before the crucial Europa League return leg against Bayer Leverkusen, good news for Roma is coming from the infirmary regarding Zeki Celik’s condition. The Turkish outfielder, who came off injured against Bologna, did not suffer any injuries to his adductor and therefore might be able to snatch a call-up for Thursday’s delicate match.
The player’s recovery process will be evaluated daily by the Giallorossi medical staff. Only in the last hours the Portuguese coach is expected to make a decision on the matter.
Still in doubt, however, are the situations related to Chris Smalling and Paulo Dybala.
