Coppa Italia, fines for Inter and Fiorentina

Following the Coppa Italia final between Inter and Fiorentina, which was won by the Nerazzurri 2-1, the Giudice Sportivo (sports judge) imposed financial penalties on both clubs.

(a) COMPANIES.

Fine of € 10,000.00: to Soc. FIORENTINA for having its supporters, during the match, throw numerous plastic bottles, flares and firecrackers into the playing area, one of which, exploded in the vicinity of a firefighter, causing the same to be slightly and momentarily stunned; penalty mitigated pursuant to art. 29, paragraph 1 letter b) CGS.

Fine of € 2,000.00: to Soc. INTERNAZIONALE for having its supporters, during the match, throw some plastic bottles into the playing area; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.
