Roland Garros: Holger Rune points out the favorites

Holger Rune charges ahead of the upcoming Roland Garros: “I want to win a Slam, that’s what I’ve said in the past and I stand by it. I hope I can do it in France, if not, I hope it happens in one of the other two this year.”

The Danish tennis player at not even 20 years old has reached two finals in Monte Carlo and Rome: “So far it has been a good season for me, I can’t complain. Paris is the main goal of the season on clay. I think I had the matches I needed to be as prepared as possible.”

Rune then listed the favorites: “I still think Novak Djokovic is the main favorite for the event. He is the one with the most slams he is playing, the one with the most experience. Then we have Carlos Alcaraz and one should not forget Daniil Medvedev.”
