Marc Marquez-Ducati: Jorge Lorenzo is outspoken about market rumors
MotoGp, Jorge Lorenzo gets out of line on the future of Marc Marquez
During an interview with the official “MotoGp” website, Jorge Lorenzo spoke bluntly about Marc Marquez’s future and his possible move to Ducati. “I think Marc will race in Ducati when his contract expires. He will do it because of an offer that he will not be very happy about but he will accept. After three, four years without wins, his ambition will be to win again. He will be 31 or 32 years old and not all riders manage to stay strong at that age, but he is Marc Marquez,” said the former Yamaha centaur.
Later Jorge Lorenzo wanted to dwell on the potential of the Borgo Panigale team’s riders: “I think Marco Bezzecchi, Jorge Martín and Enea Bastianini have the skills to win the world title and I think they will do it riding the Ducati. I like Enea, he has to improve the start, the first laps and qualifying, but he is a racing animal.”
