Piero Bucchi’s words on the eve of game 3 against Olimpia Milano

After the two losses at the Mediolanum Forum, the series between Olimpia Milano and Dinamo Sassari moves to ParaSerradimigni. On the eve of the first home game, Head Coach of the Sardinians Piero Bucchi spoke at a press conference to introduce the match.

“As I said after game 2 I hope the crowd will be large, we need the energy of the arena that has always given us a great charge. We still have some bitterness in our mouths because of what happened, but I am satisfied because we played a great game showing that we did not go to Milan to waste time. I would like to give a gift to our audience, if we were to bring the game home it would be very nice,” said the Giants’ head coach.

“We had an opportunity that we missed. The guys were wonderful. They were solid, tough, we have great confidence because of what it showed, we saw the finish line for a moment. This should give us not only the knowledge that we can beat an opponent like Milan but also the right hunger to want to do it,” added Piero Bucchi.
