The news is expected to become official as early as next season
After many years of silence, referees are ready to talk. A statement from the FIGC has opened up the concrete possibility that dialogues between referee and VAR will be made available to the public, so that they will be as clear and transparent as possible.
The dialogues will be made public not in real time but one or two days after the event but consultable by anyone through a special platform. At the moment there is nothing official yet but the resounding innovation could come into play as early as next football season. A total opening to allow the public to understand the work of referees and VAR.
