Sergio Scariolo’s words after the success with Tortona

After clinching a comeback victory against Tortona and earning a pass to the Scudetto Finals, Virtus Bologna head coach Sergio Scariolo spoke at a press conference to pay tribute to Coach Ramondino’s boys.

“I have to congratulate Tortona and Marco Ramondino for the great work they have done and the competitiveness they have shown. Challenges against Bertram are always difficult and they have always pushed us to have to give 110% to win. I also congratulate my players because they were able to react after the bad start of the game,” began the coach of the Felsinei.

“We will play the third final in national competitions this season, we owed it to fans and society. Getting here was a goal we absolutely had to achieve.
