Serie A is not over yet: Milan and Roma beat Verona and Spezia, who will play for safety in a play-off next Sunday.
Notably, the Rossoneri won 3-1 at the San Siro thanks to Giroud (penalty) and Leao (a brace in the final), while the Giallorossi secured Europa League soccer thanks to a penalty kick by Dybala. The Olimpico result also relegated Juventus, which ran away in Udine thanks to Chiesa, to seventh place and thus to the Conference at the moment.
Europe also for Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta, which overwhelmed Monza 5-2: absolute protagonist Teun Koopmeiners, author of a hat-trick.
Completing the picture was the success of Bologna, which conquered the Via del Mare 3-2.
