Marc Marquez: “Ducati? Looking for a winning project”
Honda rider Marc Marquez in a press conference at Mugello spoke about his future: “Lorenzo said I could go to Ducati? Jorge was a good rider, we’ll see if he’s also good at predictions. Joking aside, I have a contract with Honda for 2024 and my commitment is maximum, but I will always look for a winning project, I don’t care about color, names or place.”
“The years are passing, I am doing my best, I have made a new operation to fight for the World Championship again, my plan A is still always Honda,” the Catalan rider clarified.
“My priority has always been to win, I fully believe in Honda, it is true that we are in a difficult moment, we have to improve to be at the level of our opponents. I only look at myself, I will give 100 percent this year and I always will, there will be time to talk about the future.”
Mugello brings back bad memories for Marquez: “In 2022, the Mugello GP was one of the most difficult of my career, because I already had my head to the clinic in America, where I would have the operation. This year we will try to do our best, trying to fight as we did in Le Mans.”
