MotoGp, Enea Bastianini’s sweet comeback: ‘I’m in good shape’
After a long convalescence, Bastianini is ready to return to the track
Finally on track. After almost three months in the pits (76 days to be exact) due to the well-known injury caused by the fracture of his right shoulder blade (GP of Portugal), Bastianini is ready to be a protagonist at Mugello. The Ducati rider admitted that he had to live with difficult moments but, now, he is looking forward to prove his worth in the race.
“Good. I’m in good shape, maybe not 100 percent yet, the shoulder is still not as strong as the left one. I did not want to do the test on Wednesday before coming here, I want to find out by going out on the track,” his clear words to Gazzetta dello Sport. A joke also about Sunday’s race: “Being in the ten in normal conditions would not be my goal, but here it could become one. And in today’s MotoGP, getting there after being stationary for so long is not so easy.”
