Romelu Lukaku showered with criticism
He entered at 0-0, had a monumental chance for 1-1 but failed to materialize it. And so, once again, Romelu Lukaku ended up in the eye of the storm. Inter lost the Champions League final played in Istanbul against Manchester City and there is a lot of disappointment among the Nerazzurri fans, more than one of whom lashed out on social media at the Belgian bomber.
“Lukaku had an incredible season, he showed great attachment to Inter but he has a contract with Chelsea and we have to see what will happen.” Inter president Steven Zhang, minutes after the triple whistle, had this to say about the footballer’s future.
