MotoGp Ducati, Pecco Bagnaia: “Today was tough.”
Pecco Bagnaia remains confident for the continuation of the weekend
Pecco Bagnaia, to the channels of the official Ducati MotoGp team, expressed his feelings at the end of Friday’s day at the Sachsenring, Germany, closed with fourth place in FP2.
“As always we focused on the race and did many laps on used tires,” said the world champion, “the pace was good and I’m happy with the feeling. We improved throughout the day, step by step, and in the end the time attack went well. I am also happy with the feeling with the tires, tomorrow morning we hope for dry conditions.”
“Today was tough,” he added, “because it was difficult to find some consistency, but it was the same for everyone. I was ready for any situation, I really focused on the race distance with the tires. Maybe we missed being in the top 10 for many laps because we were adapting to the conditions with all the yellow flags, but the work we did was impressive. My setting is well suited to this track-it’s starting to get interesting for our bike.”
