It is decidedly bitter epilogue to the Women’s EuroBasket 2023 for the National Women’s team: in the play-off in Tel Aviv that was worth a place in the top eight, the Azzurre were beaten 49-63 by Montenegro, which will then play the quarterfinal against France in Ljubljana on Thursday, June 22.
