One week before the start of the Tour de France 2023, Israel-Premier Tech has unveiled the composition of its team, and surprisingly, Chris Froome’s name is not among the participants.
The Briton, a four-time winner of the French race, had declared just a few days ago that he would try to win at least one stage, but his team’s sport director decided not to give him that chance.
With captain Michael Woods will be Dylan Teuns, Hugo Houle, Corbin Strong, Simon Clarke, Guillaume Boivin, Nico Schultz, and Krists Neilands.
Also out will be Giacomo Nizzolo, who was already left out for the Giro d’Italia.
