Marcus Thuram to Inter Milan, all done: striker signed
All done for the new Nerazzurri center forward.
Marcus Thuram is an Inter Milan player. The French striker finalized his move to the meneghino club during the course of the day on Tuesday, all focused on finalizing the details that will make him a player at Simone Inzaghi’s disposal. For him will come a contract until 2028, also defined the announcement date: Saturday, July 1.
Thuram’s approach with Milan started from Linate, where his plane from Paris landed. Then the medical examinations, divided between the Humanitas clinic in Rozzano and Coni. From 7:30 p.m. onward, then, the negotiations at Inter’s headquarters to outline the contract once and for all. The agreement was eventually found on the basis of a salary of 6 million euros net per season. His contract, on the other hand, required no outlay from the Nerazzurri club, the striker having been released on a zero-parameter basis from Borussia Moenchengladbach.
At Inter Milan, Thuram will take the place of Edin Dzeko. The experienced Bosnian center forward, who until the Champions League final against Manchester City wore the Nerazzurri jersey number 9, has in fact already officially moved to Fenerbahce last Thursday.
