The 2023-2024 dates of Serie A and Coppa Italia

The Serie A Football League has made official the dates of the next season of the top league and the Italian Cup.

Serie A will kick off next August 20, while the league is scheduled to close on May 26, 2024. This is announced by the Lega Serie A, which has set a midweek fixture for Wednesday, September 27. Four stoppages are planned for the national team (Sept. 10, Oct. 15, Nov. 19 and March 24, 2024).

In contrast, the Coppa Italia final will be played on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. The competition will kick off with the preliminary round on Aug. 6, then the thirty-second round (on Aug. 13), the sixteenth round (on Nov. 1) and the round of 16 from Dec. 6 to Jan. 17. A date of Jan. 31 has been set for the quarterfinals, while the semifinals will be played on April 3 (first leg) and April 24 (return leg).
