Serie B chaos: after Reggina, Lecco also appeals
The next Serie B championship is still on the high seas: after Reggina, Lecco has also had its registration for the next cadet championship rejected by the Covisoc. The bluceleste club in a note announced that it will appeal.
“Calcio Lecco 1912 announces that it received, late in the evening of Friday, June 30, the rejection of the registration to the Serie B championship by the Infrastructure and Sporting-Organizational Criteria Commission of the FIGC. The club specifies that it will appeal in the appropriate venues to assert its reasons.”
In the evening of Friday, Reggina had communicated the submission of an appeal: “We now receive the communication of the Covisoc regarding the rejection of Reggina’s registration to the Serie B championship, and we consider it inconsistent with what was clearly ordered by the court of Reggio Calabria.”
“We will present our appeal in the appropriate venues certain that, also this time, we will be able to demonstrate the correctness of our actions.”
